Possession of Syringe
An officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop and contacted the driver. During a probation search of the driver, the officer found a syringe in the driver?s pocket. The driver was cited for possession of a syringe and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #07-0630-001.

CPS Cross Report/Sexual Assault
Officers received information from CPS regarding a possible sexual assault that occurred approximately seven years ago in Brisbane. The victim is now 16 years old and currently in custody at Hillcrest. After interviewing the victim, officers were unable to verify the sexual assault. The reporting party advised that she found her 88 year old friend lying on her side in her hospital type bed in her room, cold to the touch and unresponsive. Officers responded with Fire Department personnel. The subject was pronounced deceased. There were no signs of violence or foul play. The San Mateo County Coroner released the deceased to the family.
