Officers responded to the area on a report of subjects possibly drinking and smoking marijuana while parked in their vehicles. Officers responded to a report of suspicious subjects in the area and contacted two subjects. A records check revealed that one of the subjects had a $10,000.00 warrant from the San Mateo County Sheriff?s Department for being under the influence of a controlled substance and giving false information to a peace officer. An officer discovered a cut chain link fence leading into a yard housing a fleet of utility trucks and equipment. Several of the tool boxes attached to the trucks had been opened. An officer located a disabled vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver had been reported missing and was not taking his medications.
