Sexual Assault
The reporting party advised that during consensual sexual intercourse with her boyfriend, she felt uncomfortable and asked him to stop three times. The suspect did not stop. The suspect eventually stopped and the victim left his residence. The victim then came to the Police Department the next day to report the assault. The suspect was arrested at his residence. Hit and Run Collision/Arrest
The reporting party advised that on 09/02/09 at 1216 hours, her vehicle was struck by another vehicle that then fled the scene. As the victim was calling in the crime, an officer in the area had the suspect vehicle already stopped for an unrelated traffic violation. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of the suspect for the hit and run. He was booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #09-0902-001.

Municipal Code Violation
The reporting party advised that on 09/24/09 at 1910 hours, a loose dog ran towards their direction and scared his daughter. The owner of this dog has had previous complaints for having his dog off leash and has been cited in the past for this violation. The responding officer responded to the scene and issued the owner of the dog another leash law violation citation. This case has been forwarded to the Brisbane City Attorney for prosecution. The reporting party advised that on 09/25/09 at 0330 hours, her vehicle stalled and she had to pull over. A vehicle occupied by two male subject, pulled up next to her and offered her mechanical assistance which she accepted. While one subject was checking out the problem with her vehicle, the other subject removed her backpack from inside her car without her knowledge. After they helped her and left the scene, she realized that her backpack was gone. The victim?s loss is two pain prescription bottles, a gift card worth $100.00, and two pieces of identification.
