The reporting party advised that on 11/12/09 an unauthorized subject used her credit card to make an online purchase. The value of the loss is $450.56. Subsequent investigation by the primary officer and the detective resulted in the arrest of the two suspects. Case closed. Report #09-1130-001.

Possession for Sales
An officer observed a male subject selling marijuana to a minor. Both subjects were arrested, the adult for possession for sales and the minor for possession of marijuana. The adult was booked at the jail. The minor was released to his mother. Case closed. Report #09-1124-002.

Hit and Run Collision
Several reporting parties advised that on 11/28/09 between 0400 hours and 0500 hours, an unknown red vehicle broadsided seven parked cars. The suspect vehicle was possibly heard colliding with one of the vehicles shortly after 0430 hours. An officer was working a narcotics tip and stopped a suspect vehicle for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of deadly weapon, stolen property, burglary tools, marijuana and a controlled substance. He was arrested and booked at the jail.
