The reporting party advised that between 05/26 at 2000 hours and 05/27 at 0600 hours, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the storage lots at location by cutting through the chain link fence and took various tools from storage containers that were stored on the property. Officers met with a reporting party who stated that while out of town, her wooden fence was hit. A neighborhood check revealed that her neighbor heard some noise and went out onto her balcony and saw a dark colored SUV/Utility type vehicle backing out of victim?s driveway but was unable to obtain a vehicle license. An officer contacted a juvenile subject seated in a parked vehicle. Subsequent investigation revealed that the juvenile was in possession of a switchblade knife. Hit & Run Collision with Injury/DUI
Officers responded to a report of an injury collision involving three vehicles. Officers apprehended the suspect vehicle fleeing the scene. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He was also in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. While under arrest he resisted and delayed officers in the performance of their duties. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #10-0510-002.
