The reporting party advised that on 10/29/11 at approximately 1600 hours, his/her 14 yr old child, left an amusement park without his permission. The reporting party has attempted to call his child but he/she has not returned his/her call. The child subsequently returned home. Poisoning
The reporting party advised that on 10/25/11 between 1800 to 1809 hours, his Ex-spouse took rat poison and put it into a bowl of soup that he was going to eat. Officers responded and located obvious signs of rat poison having been put onto the bowl of soup. The Ex-spouse accused of committing the crime was taken into custody and booked into jail. Warrant Arrest
While on routine patrol, an officer contacted two subjects who appeared to have been dumping garbage. The subject?s were not dumping garbage but a records check revealed one of the subjects to have a no bail warrant for his arrest. Possession of Burglary Tools
While on routine patrol, an officer discovered a vehicle with a male driver on private property. There have been several burglaries in the past in the area where this vehicle was located. A plain view and probable cause search of the driver?s vehicle resulted in the driver being arrested for burglary tools and drugs. While on routine patrol, an officer located a minor inside a bar. Although the bar is licensed to have minors in it at anytime, the time of day was not conducive to the well being of a minor. The minor claimed a family friend was responsible for him/her being there. The adult was located inside the establishment and a case taken for contributing to a delinquency of a minor. Fireworks
The reporting party advised that on 10/07/11 at approximately 2056 hours, an unknown subject ignited an M-80 / M-1000 type firework. This firework sounded like a large explosion. Also found in the area was a burned flag which the reporting party believed may be related to a hate crime. After a thorough investigation, it was determined that there was not merit to a hate crime.
