Use of Pepper Spray
On 10/31 at 2146 hours, Officers responded to a call of a male subject being pepper sprayed in the face. After further investigation officers attempted to locate the suspect but were unsuccessful. On 11/1 the suspect turned herself over to the police and was taken into custody. Case closed by arrest. Report #14-1031-003.

On 10/31 at 2137 hours, officers viewed a verbal dispute in progress. In an attempt to break up the argument one subject shoved the other with the officer in between. This case is related to the case above. The subject was cited and released from the scene for misdemeanor battery on a person. Case to be forwarded to the District Attorney?s Office for review. Welfare Check
On 10/19 at 1338 hours, officers responded to a welfare check of a subject sitting on the side of the road. The subject was found to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for herself. The subject was taken into custody. While in custody the subject fell from where she was sitting and hit her head and medics were called to the scene. The subject was cited and released from the scene and transported to the hospital for treatment. Case closed. Report #14-1019-002.

On 10/19 at 1957 hours, an officer located a suspicious vehicle and conducted a check on the vehicle. After further investigation it was revealed that the driver had been driving under the influence of alcohol and also had open containers in the vehicle. On 10/18 at 0102 hours, officers responded to a call of a possible drunk driver. Upon arrival officers contacted a subject found sleeping behind the wheel with the vehicle running. After further investigation the subject was arrested for DUI and upon searching the vehicle a baggie with methamphetamine was found near the driver?s seat. Case closed by arrest. Report #14-1018-002.

Sometime between 0100 and 0430 hours, suspects forced entry into two businesses and stole approximately $1800 from the cash registers. A flyer was distributed by Brisbane Police and San Francisco Police were able to identify the suspects who were currently in custody. The suspects were interviewed and one suspect was positively identified. Case forwarded to the San Mateo District Attorney?s Office for review for charges to be filed. Report #14-1012-001.

While conducting a search of the subject?s property a glass pipe used to smoke controlled substances was found along with several marijuana plants the subject was growing. Threats
On 10/10 at 1951 hours, officers responded to a call of threats being made to a store clerk. After investigation it was determined the clerk had been threatened by two suspects. One suspect threatened to shoot her and fled the scene prior to police arrival. The second suspect threatened to physically harm the clerk. The second suspect was taken into custody and transported to Hillcrest Juvenile Facility. This case is ongoing. Report #14-1010-003.

On 10/3 at 1527 hours, officers responded to 2800 Bayshore Blvd on a report of a child left alone in a car on a hot day. Upon the arrival the vehicle was gone, but the father was still on scene. The father and admitted to leaving his child in the car but refused to cooperate when asked by police for personal information and when asked to see the child.
