Coroner's Case
On 11/30 at 2201 hours, officers responded to a call of an unconscious male not breathing. Medics arrived on scene and attempted to resuscitate the subject who was later declared deceased. The coroner’s office arrived on scene and took control of the body. Case closed. Report #15-1201-001.

Warrant Arrest
On 11/28 at 1808 hours, while in a business an off duty Brisbane officer noticed a wanted subject. The off duty officer contacted the on duty officers who responded to the business. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-1128-003.

Domestic Violence
On 11/27 at 1622 hours, officers responded to a call of a possible domestic violence between boyfriend and girlfriend. Upon arrival officers noticed minor injuries on the female and the male had left the scene. On 11/29, officer went back to the home for follow up and found the male in the home. Assault with Deadly Weapon
On 11/24 at 1031 hours, officers responded to a report of female walking in the rain. Upon contact it was revealed the female had been involved in an argument with her boyfriend in a vehicle. The female stated her boyfriend attempted to hit her with the vehicle while their child was in the vehicle. The boyfriend was later contacted and taken into custody. Case closed by arrest. Dumping
On 11/24 at 1013 hours, officers responded to a complaint of trash being dumped to the rear of a business. Officers found a name and address and contacted the subject. The subject claimed to have paid someone to pick up and dump the trash. The trash was cleaned up by the subject. Case taken for information only. Report #15-1124-002.

On 11/24 at 0128 hours, an officer was called to contact a subject in a suspicious vehicle. Upon contact it was revealed the subject had warrant out of Napa Valley. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-1124-001.

On 11/23 at 1718 hours, an officer contacted a subject known to be on probation. A search was conducted and the subject was found to be in possession of a glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine. On 11/21 at 2337 hours, an officer contacted an occupant of a suspicious vehicle. After contact a search of the vehicle was conducted and marijuana was found. The subject did not have a medical marijuana card and was cited and released from the scene. This case will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for review and prosecution. On 11/20 at 1708 hours, a disturbance occurred between a customer and workers at a restaurant. The customer threatened employees and brandished a knife. The suspect was identified and interviewed. Check Fraud
On 11/20 the victim contacted the police department to report that a check he thought was lost, had been fraudulently cashed on 11/19. The fraud division of the bank has been contacted and is assisting the police department in this case. Case is currently under investigation. Report #15-1120-001.

On 11/17 at 0852 hours, an officer responded to a homeless complaint. Upon arrival officers contacted a subject who showed objective signs of being under the influence. The subject refused to comply with the officer’s request to perform tests. The subject was taken into custody for resisting an officer and being under the influence of a controlled substance. On 11/16 at 1018 hours, an officer was dispatched to a hit and run. Upon arrival the officer was able to determine the vehicle was an unreported stolen vehicle. On 11/12 at 1146 hours, an officer heard a female yelling and swearing at a SF Muni bus driver. The officer boarded the bus and determined the female had not paid for the ride. While exiting the bus, the female pushed the officer with her shoulder and failed to comply with further orders by the officer. The subject was also found to have a no bail warrant.
