On 5/30 at 1858 hours, an officer responded to a call of a subject sleeping behind the wheel of a car. Upon contact it was determined the subject was under the influence of alcohol to the point he was unable to care for himself. It was also determined the subject had not driven but had been drinking nearby. The subject was transported to the county jail where he was also found to be in possession of cocaine. Assault on a Police Officer/Resisting
On 5/25 at 1233 hours, an officer responded to a call of subjects throwing rocks at a clean up crew. When the subjects were contacted, one subject charged the officer. The subject was pushed back but back came at the officer again, this time with his fists raised. The officer used his taser but still did not get the subject to comply to demands. Vandalism and Dumping of Waste
On 5/21 at 0120 hours, officers noticed the porta potty at the skate park had been knocked over and the contents of the porta potty was running into the storm drains. Subjects at the skate park were contacted as well as another group of subject seen in the area when the incident occurred. This case has been suspended due to lack of suspect information. Sometime between 5/18 and 5/22 the suspect used the victim's credit card to check into a hotel. The victim was notified by her bank and the victim contacted the police department. The suspect was found at the hotel on 5/22 and taken into custody. Case closed by arrest. Report #16-0520-005

On 5/15 at 1425 hours, an officer observed two subejcts on dirt bikes riding recklessly and not wearing helmets. When the officer attempted to stop the bikes, the riders accelerated in an effort to evade. One of the bikes had mechanical problems and broke down. On 5/14 at 0045 hours, officers observed a subject at the bar who had put alcohol into a thermos cup and attempted to leave the bar. When the subject was stopped by officers he became hostile and began yelling racial slurs and profanities at the officers. The subject also began to fight with officers while being taken into custody. The subject also fought with medics who arrived on scene. The subject was eventually booked into the county jail. On 5/6 at 0053 hours, a subject known to police approached a patrol car to speak with an officer. When the officer asked if the subject had anything they needed to know about, the subject stated he had a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine in his pants.
