On 9/30 at 1550 hours, officers responded to a call of a possible fraud. Upon contact it was revealed that the subject was in possession of methamphetamine and was under the influence. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Report #16-0930-002

On 9/26 at 1046 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop. Upon contact with the driver it was revealed that the driver was on probation with search and seizure. On 9/24 while conducting an investigation for a domestic violence incident, it was revealed that the male suspect had a $10,000 warrant out of Palo Alto. Case closed by arrest. Report #16-0924-004

On 9/24 at 2013 hours, a boyfriend and girlfriend were involved in a physical altercation. The male subject struck and grabbed the female causing injury. The male was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #16-0924-003

On 9/24 at 0450 hours two vehicles were towed for prohibited parking with signs posted for a city wide event. Report #16-0924-001 and 16-0924-002

On 9/23 at 0730 hours, a subject left his golf clubs next to his trash cans while he went back into his house to retrieve something else. When he came back outside the golf clubs were gone. A neighborhood check was conducted but nothing was discovered to assist us in this case. Case suspended pending further leads. Report #16-0923-002

Sometime between 9/22 and 9/23 an unknown suspect forced entry into the victim's vehicle by smashing the window. Once inside the suspect took approximately $19,000 worth of medical supplies. On 9/22 at 1400 hours, the suspect blocked the victim's vehicle with their vehicle and attempted to strike the victim with his fists. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. This case has been suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #16-0922-001

On 9/22 at 1747 hours, during a grass fire, firefighters had a lane of traffic closed. While traffic was being directed, one driver rear ended the vehicle in front of them. The driver of the vehicle that was struck had a minor complaint of pain. Report taken. Report #16-0922-002

On 9/21 at 2000 hours, a son and father were involved in a verbal argument that escalated to a physical altercation. The son grabbed his father by the neck while having a knife in one hand. The son fled the scene prior to police arrival. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review. Case suspended. Report #16-0921-005

On 9/19 at 1141 hours, officers responded to a suspicious person call. The reporting party stated the subject “appeared to be on drugs” and was making gun gestures with his finger and told the RP he was going to kill her. The subject was contacted and found to be unable to care for himself and a danger to others. The subject was then paklced on a psychiatric hold. Case closed. Report #16-0919-003

On 9/18 a husband and wife were involved in a verbal dispute that escalated to a physical altercation. The wife was found to have pushed, bitten and struck her husband with a wooden stick. The wife has fled the area and has not been located. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for a warrant to be issued. Report #16-0919-002

On 9/16 at 2051 hours, officers responded to a suspicious person call. Upon arrival a records check was conducted and the subject was found to have a $50,000 warrant out of San Francisco. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Case closed. Report #16-0916-004

On 9/16 between 1420 and 1530 hours, unknown suspects stopped in front of a business, one suspect got out and walked into the business through a roll top door. While inside the suspect took a laptop without permission and the left the area. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #16-0916-003

On 9/9 at 2140 hours, hours responded to a call of a loud argument coming from a room. Upon arrival it was determined that a boyfriend and girlfriend were in a verbal dispute. The female was later asked to leave the hotel. Case taken for information. Report #16-0909-004

On 9/9 at 0343 hours, officers responded to a call of a vehicle in the road facing the wrong direction. Upon arrival the driver was not found. The driver was later contacted at the home of the registered owner. Case closed. Report #16-0909-001

On 9/8 at 1432 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop o n a vehicle. During the stop the driver fled in the vehicle. The vehicle was later found with a female in the passenger seat and a baby in the back. The driver was found but identified. Report forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review. On 9/6 at 1941 hours, officers responded to an attempt to contact for San Francisco Police regarding a hit and run that occurred in SF. A records check revealed a No Bail warrant out of San Mateo County. The subject was cited and released by SFPD for the hit and run then taken into custody and transported to the county jail for the warrant by Brisbane Police. Case closed. Report #16-0906-002.

Sometime between 8/18 at 9/5 an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the victims vehicle by prying open the door handle. While inside the suspect(s) took a portable GPS system. There is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #16-0905-001
