On 10/31 at 1417 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for use of sell phone. A DMV records check revealed a $15,000. the warrant was confirmed and the driver was transported to the county jail. Report #17-1031-001

Evading a Police Officer
On 10/30 at 0306 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for impeding traffic. The vehicle failed to yield and led the officer on a pursuit into Millbrae. The pursuit was cancelled and while truing to come back to Brisbane, the officer located solo vehicle collision of the vehicle he had been pursuing. The driver again attempted to resist the officer and the subject was taken into custody by use of force. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the county jail and charged for a number of violations. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-1030-001

On 10/29 at 0630 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for expired registration. A records check revealed that the driver was suspended and a search of the vehicle located a handgun with ammunition near by. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. On 10/28 at 2120 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation. It was determined that an occupant was on probation with search and seizure. Upon searching it was determined that both subjects were in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. Both subjects were cited and released from the scene. Recovered Stolen Vehicle
On 10/24 an officer was called to an auto garage on a report of a recovered stolen vehicle. The vehicle had been towed to the garage on December 16, 2016 but had been reported stolen out of San Francisco on November 17, 2016. The auto garage did not conduct a DMV check until they were ready to resell the vehicle due to the fact the person who had it towed did not come to claim it.
