On 11/13 at 1227 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for a code violation. When the officer approached the vehicle he smelled marijuana. A search of the vehicle was conducted and a usable amount of cocaine was located. The driver was cited and released from the scene. Report #17-1113-001

On 11/12 at 2138 hours, an officer contacted a subject known to have warrants. The subject had a felony no bail warrant and a $10,000 warrant. Both warrants were confirmed and the subject was transported tot he county jail. case closed. Report #17-1112-002

On 11/12 an unknown suspect took a license plate without permission from the victim's vehicle. There is no suspect information at this time. The plate was entered into the stolen vehicle system. Report #17-1112-001

On 11/11 at 1449 hours, officers were called to a disturbance. The reporting party stated the subject had stepped onto his property after he was asked not to. When police arrived to issue a citation for trespassing, the subject resisted the officers request to stop walking to sign the citation. The subject shoved the officer out of the way and the officer detained the subject by force. The subject was taken to the hospital for a minor injury and complaints of pain. Case taken to be forwarded to the District Attorneys Office for review for charges. Report #17-1111-002

On 11/10 at 0750 hours, officers responded to a call of a male and female in a verbal argument. Both parties stated the argument never escalated to physical violence. Parties separated and given information on domestic violence. Case taken case for information. Report #17-1110-002

On 11/9 between 2030 and 2130 hours, an unknown suspect(s) smashed a window of the victim's vehicle and took a backpack. The backpack was later found under a vehicle. Nothing of value was taken and the cost to repair the window is approximately $150. Case suspended. Report #17-1109-003

On 11/9 at 0840 hours, a parent of a child who was being suspended, created a disturbance at the school by being irate and yelling profanities at the principal and officer while students were in the area. On 11/8 at 1026 hours, officers contacted a suspicious person. The subject was in possession of a motorcycle helmet but no motorcycle. The helmet was taken and booked into safe keeping at the Brisbane Police Department. Report #17-1108-001

On 11/6 between 1530 and 1700 hours, an unknown suspect stole a scooter from an unlocked storage shed. The estimated cost of the scooter is approximately $200. This case has been suspended pending suspect information. Report #17-1107-002

On 11/5 at 2003 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. A records check revealed that the driver was suspended and that two warrants for $20,000 and $25,000. The warrants were confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report # 17-1105-001

On 11/4 at 1335 hours, an unknown male subject broke the glass bus shelter with a skate board. The male subject was not located. This report will be forwarded to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office for further investigation. Report #17-1104-001

On 11/4 at 2140 hours, an officer located a suspicious vehicle in the hotel parking lot. The occupants were contacted and a DMV records check revealed a warrant for $20,000. the warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Report #17-1104-002

On 10/30 between 1800 and 1900 hours a suspect took a jewelry box from the victim without permission. The victim had hired a day laborer and this is who the victim suspects of stealing the box. The victim wants no further police action in fear of retribution. This case is ongoing. Report #17-1103-005

On 11/2 at 2126 hours, officers responded to a call of a subject who had shot herself and was not breathing. Upon arrival she was determined to be dead. This case is currently under investigation. Report #17-1102-003

On 11/2 at 1420 hours, officers responded to a call of a subject throwing bottles in the road. Upon contact it was determined that the subject was a danger to himself and others and was placed on a 72 hour mental health evaluation. Case closed. Report #17-1102-001

On 11/1 at 0505 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible stolen vehicle. It was later determined that license plates had been stolen and placed on another vehicle without the owners permission.
