On 12/10 at 0027 hours, a mother and daughter were involved in a verbal dispute that escalated to physical violence with the mother striking the child causing an injury. On 12/5 an officer was contacted regarding theft of money via the internet. The victim had met a male subject online who convinced her to give him large sums of money. The victim is not sure of the subjects real name, address, phone number or any other identifying information other than email. The victim was given information on Identity Theft recovery and advised to montotro her credit for fraud. Report #17-1205-001

On 12/4 at 1948 hours, officers responded to a call of an intoxicated subject acting suspiciously. The subject was contacted and found to be under the influence of alcohol to the point he was unable to care for himself. The subject also resisted officers by pushing them away. On 12/4a t 1453 hours, a driver reported that a truck had struck her vehicle and when she told the driver of the truck that a collision had occurred the driver left the scene prior to exchanging information. An officer was able to locate the truck driver to get a statement. this case will be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review for charges to be filed for hit and run. On 12/02 at 1803 hours, two unknown suspects contacted an Uber driver who was sitting in his parked vehicle looking at his cell phone. One of the suspects pulled the driver out and put an unknown weapon to his ribs while the other suspect rummaged through the vehicle and took a cell phone and $20 in cash. The victim was not injured and there is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #17-1202-002
