On 1216 at 0002 hours, an officer made contact with a subject who appeared to be intoxicated. the subject was found to be intoxicated to the point he was unable to care for himself and was taken into custody. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-1216-001

On 12/12 a resident asked for a police report regarding an unknown suspect obtaining her social security number and opening a credit card. This credit card was used in the east bay. Report forwarded to agencies int eh east bay where the purchases were made. Report #17-1212-001

On 12/11 at 1118 hours, an officer consensually contacted a subject. A records check revealed a $25,000 warrant out of Daly City. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #171211003

On 12/10 at 0027 hours, a mother and daughter were involved in a verbal dispute that escalated to physical violence with the mother striking the child causing an injury. The child was taken from the mother and released to her father. Forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review for charges to be filed. Report #17-1210-001

On 12/9 at 2240 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop and found that the driver was driving on a suspended driver's license. The driver was given a citation and released from the scene. Report #17-1209-002

On 12/8 an officer towed a vehicle for abandonment. The vehicle had been parked for over 72 hours after being marked for abandonment. The officer was unable to locate the owner of the vehicle. Report #17-1208-002

On 12/7 sometime between 0715 and 0945 hours, a glass door in the residents house was broken by unknown means. No evidence of how the window was broken was located and it appears that no one entered the home. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #17-1207-002

On 12/6 at 1400 hours, two juveniles were involved in a verbal dispute that ended with one juvenile breaking the watch of the other. This case is being forwarded for prosecution. Report #17-1207-001

On 12/6 sometime between 0950 and 1930 hours, an unknown entered a home and rummaged through a drawer. A part of the door was damaged and nothing was taken. There is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #17-1206-001

On 12/5 an officer was contacted regarding theft of money via the internet. The victim had met a male subject online who convinced her to give him large sums of money. The victim is not sure of the subjects real name, address, phone number or any other identifying information other than email. The victim was given information on Identity Theft recovery and advised to montotro her credit for fraud. Report #17-1205-001

On 12/4 at 1948 hours, officers responded to a call of an intoxicated subject acting suspiciously. The subject was contacted and found to be under the influence of alcohol to the point he was unable to care for himself. The subject also resisted officers by pushing them away. The subject was arrested and transported the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-1204-005

On 12/4 at 1444 hours, a civil stand by for a child exchange was conducted. during the exchange one subject claimed that the other had violated the order by following her in his vehicle. This report has been forwarded to the District Attorney's office for review. Report #17-1204-003

On 12/4a t 1453 hours, a driver reported that a truck had struck her vehicle and when she told the driver of the truck that a collision had occurred the driver left the scene prior to exchanging information. An officer was able to locate the truck driver to get a statement. this case will be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review for charges to be filed for hit and run. On 12/4 at 1201 hours, while conducting a traffic enforcement stop a DMV records check revealed a warrant for the driver. The warrant was confirmed and the driver was given a citation with a new court date. The driver was driver was released from the scene without incident. Report #17-1204-001

On 12/02 at 1803 hours, two unknown suspects contacted an Uber driver who was sitting in his parked vehicle looking at his cell phone. One of the suspects pulled the driver out and put an unknown weapon to his ribs while the other suspect rummaged through the vehicle and took a cell phone and $20 in cash. The victim was not injured and there is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #17-1202-002

On 12/2 at 0800 hours, an officer responded to a verbal dispute between a husband and wife. The wife later contacted police and asked for information on how to obtain a restraining order. The information was given and a report was taken for informational purposes. Report #17-1202-001
