Public Intoxication
An officer observed two subjects walking and stumbling on the sidewalk. After contacting the two, one of the subjects displayed was so intoxicated, she could not reasonably care for herself. The subject was arrested and booked at the county jail.

Residential Burglary
Officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious subject in the area. The suspect was located and had items that appeared to have been stolen. After further investigation, it was determined the suspect had broken into two condominiums in the area. The suspect was arrested and booked at the county jail.

DUI / Hit & Run
A traffic collision occurred at the 3200 block of Bayshore Blvd. in which the suspect vehicle struck a truck. After the collision, the suspect fled and eventually passed out at the wheel. The suspect was contacted and determined to be under the influence of alcohol. The suspect was arrested for DUI and Hit & Run.

Under the influence of a controlled substance
Citizen reports a subject acting erratically after he threw a piece of wood at their vehicle. The subject was contacted and displayed symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance. The suspect was medically transported and was cited for being under the influence.

Vehicle Burglary
An unknown suspect broke into the victim's vehicle by damaging the door lock. The suspects then stole miscellaneous tools. There is no suspect information. Report taken.

Officers responded to a structure fire in the area. Officers assisted in evacuating the resident and his pets. The fire was eventually extinguished by the fire department.

Welfare Check
Officers responded at the request of a citizen advising she had not heard from her mother in several days. Officers received no answer from the resident and noted signs that the occupant may possibly be deceased or in need of assistance. Officers made entry into the residence and contacted the resident who checked okay.

Driver was stopped for a traffic violation. The driver was determined to be on probation. During a search, the driver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine. The driver was cited and released with a future court date.

Violation of Court Order
A suspicious subject was reported hanging around a business in the area. The subject was contacted and identified. After further investigation, it was determined the subject was in violation of a restraining order as his ex-girlfriend was at the business and the order prevents him from being in the area. The subject was arrested and booked at the county jail.
