Between 5/31/21 and 6/1/21, three separate vehicles were broken into that were parked along San Benito Road. All three vehicle were unlocked. Stolen property included keys, miscellaneous paperwork, vehicle registration, and insurance information. No suspect information.

Unknown suspect entered 3 unlocked vehicles and 1 locked vehicle in four different locations within the area. The suspect rummaged through the vehicles and stole a speaker, amplifier, projector, scanner, and other miscellaneous property. No suspect information.

Officers responded for the report of people walking in front of the business. Upon arrival, two vehicles fled from officers leading officers on a short pursuit. The pursuit was terminated.

Between 5/24/21 and 5/29/21, an unknown suspect knowingly an falsely represented himself as a lawyer representing the victim's nephew and defrauded the victim of $60,000 in cash. No suspect information.

Officers responded for the report of a subject refusing to pay a bill at the business. Officers contacted the subject and learned the subject had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested and booked into the county jail for the warrant.

Officers were dispatched for the report of a domestic disturbance. Officers contacted a male and female and determined the couple was involved in a verbal argument only. CORA was contacted.

Unknown suspect accessed the victim's unlocked vehicle without permission and stole tools from inside the vehicle. No suspect information. Total loss valued at $1,300.

A female victim came to the Brisbane Police Department to file a police report regarding domestic violence. 4 separate incidents of domestic violence were reported between the victim and her boyfriend where they both caused injuries to each other. The male was arrested, transported and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for PC 273.5(a) and PC 422(a).

During this time, the male attempted to flee from officers but was apprehended. The male was booked into county jail.

Officers determined the the female was the primary aggressor during a physical altercation. The female was arrested for violation of PC 243(e)(1) - domestic battery. The female was booked into the county jail.

Between 5/20/21 and 5/21/21, unknow suspect stole the victim's vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle database. There is no suspect information.

Between 5/20/21 and 5/21/21, unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle. The victim's vehicle was recovered in the area but property was stolen from the vehicle. No suspect information. Total loss valued at $125.

Enforcement stop of a vehicle was conducted. The driver had a warrant for her arrest. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed narcotics, possession of stolen credit cards and ID's, possession of stolen mail, possession of burglary tools, and possession of a stolen catalytic converter. The driver was arrested and booked into county jail.

Between 5/17/21 and 5/18/21, unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter from the victim's vehicle without the owner's permission. No suspect information. Total loss valued at $2,600.

Between 5/17/21 and 5/18/21, the victim's vehicle was stolen. The victim's work vehicle had been stolen from in front of the employee's residence. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle database.

Between 5/16/21 and 5/17/21, unknown suspect entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and rummaged through the vehicle and stole $240 in US currency, sunglasses and reading glasses. Between 5/5/21 and 5/11/21, an unknown suspect stole the victim's front license plate from his vehicle. The plate was entered into the stolen vehicle database. No suspect information.

Unknown suspect stole a package from the victim's front door after it was delivered by FedEx. Total loss valued at $880. The suspect fled with 2 other subjects possibly in a black SUV.

Between 5/6/21 and 5/10/21, unknown suspect cut a hole in the fence to the property and stole tools from an unlocked compartment mounted on a company vehicle. No suspect information. Total loss valued at $640.

Officers responded to the residence for a welfare check for an elderly female whose mail had been piling up at the front door. Officers entered and located the female on the floor and dehydrated. The female was treated by medics and transported to the hospital.

Officers contacted a vehicle that was parked in a No Parking Zone. Officers found the driver passed out and slouched over the steering wheel. The driver was arrested for PC 647(f) and began vomiting. The driver was released and transported via AMR to the hospital. The vehicle was towed.

A week prior, a dating couple were involved in an argument regarding cheating. During the argument one of the females hit the other female on her bicep with her hand, causing a bruise. Unknown subject may have entered the victims residence through the front sliding door and stole medication from the kitchen. No proof or evidence to corroborate any burglary occurred.

Between 4/25/21 and 5/2/21, an unknow suspect stole the victims vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the stolen vehicle database.
