Officers received a call from a resident regarding identity theft. Unknown suspect(s) are soliciting for donations using somebody else' identity over online accounts. A report was taken. No monetary loss.

Officers responded for the report of a altercation between a male and female involved in a dating relationship. During the investigation, it was determined the female struck the on his face. The male sustained several lacerations resulting in minor injuries. The male declined medical attention. The female grabbed a knife and held it in her hand and said she wanted to stab the male. The female was arrested for PC 273.5(a) and transported to the county jail. A judge granted an emergency protective order.

Between the hours of 2140 on 01/28/2022 and 1030 on 01/29/2022, The victim's vehicle was stolen from the carport.

Between 01/28/2022 at 2000 hours and 01/29/2022 at 0730 hours, an unknown suspect(s) took the victim’s vehicle without permission. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System (SVS). There is no suspect information at this time.

Officers responded for the report of a hit and run collision that caused property damage. The collision occurred over night and the suspect fled the scene without contacting the victim or the police. Due to no surveillance or witnesses, officers were unable to determine the direction of travel.

On 01/26/2022, at approximately 0916 hours, a recovered stolen vehicle was located. The vehicle was a yellow 2017 Caterpillar 246B tractor. The vehicle was confirmed stolen out of the Oakland Police Department. The tractor was released to the registered owner then removed from the Stolen Vehicle System (SVS).

Subject came to the Brisbane Police Department to report fraudulent activity. The victim advised she cashed some checks for an unknown individual and then started to get fraudulent charges and activity on her bank account. Report was taken.
