Officers responded for to a welfare check of an 88-year-old woman driving on a flat tire. Officers contacted the female who thought she was in San Jose. Officers noticed she had a flat tire and damage to her vehicle. The female had a suspended drivers license. She refused medical treatment. She called her son to pick her up and her vehicle was towed. I issued her a DMV 310 and took her drivers license.

Officers responded for the report of a disturbance between neighbors. Officers arrived and determined that one of the subjects was harassing his neighbor but did not locate any type of restraining order on file.

Officers contacted a subject who was acting confused and erratically walking into the roadway. Officers determined the subject to be a danger to himself and unable to care for his own safety and he was placed on a mental health hold. The subject was transported to Mills Peninsula Hospital for evaluation.
