Cross Report
Officers received a Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR). The report indicated that Confidential Person (CP), 14 years old, told their psychologist of possible sexual abuse at school. CP attends the Lipman Middle School at 1 Solano Way. CP stated their teacher, touched her upper back and ran his hand down to her waist while in a “superman” position. CP stated the teacher also had been making students feel “weird” when he looked at them. CP also stated that the teacher made statements that were trans phobic and sexist. There was no evidence of suspected child abuse, so this case was taken for informational purposes only.

Officers received an online report that reported a domestic related incident. The victim reported he was the victim of domestic violence when he was sleeping and his wife hit him. During this time, his daughter was sleeping on his chest. He did not want his wife to know he was reporting the incident to the police due to fear of being hit again. Between Sunday 05/29/2022 at 1600 hours and Wednesday 06/01/2022 at 2000 hours, unknown suspects vandalized and tampered with the victim's vehicle. The vehicle sustained damages to the driver’s door lock and ignition resulting in approximately $300 in damages. No surveillance cameras captured the incident, and the identities of the suspects are unknown. This case will be suspended pending further investigative leads to identify the unknown suspects and suspect vehicle.

Stolen Vehicle, Recovered Stolen Vehicle
Sometime on 5/28/2022, unknown suspects stole the victim's vehicle without the victim's permission and were last seen pushing the vehicle northbound along Bayshore Blvd. The vehicle was later entered into SVS. On 5/31/2022, the victim's vehicle was located on the 3700 Blk of Bayshore Blvd. The vehicle was recovered and returned to the victim. The vehicle was removed from SVS.

One of the subjects was cited and released for being in possession of a used glass pipe and methamphetamine. Another subject was arrested a theft and a warrant.

The reporting immediately reported these online payments which she did not authorize to Wells Fargo fraud department. A suspect broke into and stole the victim's credit card from her locker and used the credit card at a store without the victim's permission. Surveillance footage from the store captured the suspect. During the investigation, Officers determined who the suspect's identity was and the suspect was subsequently arrested for the crime and additional warrants. She was booked into the county jail.
