During the incident, the husband and wife were involved in a verbal argument and during the argument, the husband swung at the wife but missed. Officers arrived on scene and determined that 2 brother had gotten into a physical altercation where one of the brothers attempted to stab the other brother with a knife, causing a lacerations to the victim's hand.
