Officers responded for the report of downed power lines on top of a dump truck and fire department personnel were already on scene.

A resident reported that an unknown suspect gained access to his personal email account without his knowledge. The suspect willfully obtained the victim's personal identifying information without his consent and purchased $4,000 in concert tickets. This case was taken as a courtesy and I recommend this case be forwarded to the Camden Police Department in the State of Ohio due to the victim residing there.

Brisbane units responded to assist South San Francisco Police with a felony car stop that occurred at 5000 Sierra Point Pkwy. The vehicle was involved in a carjacking that occurred in San Francisco. The vehicle was occupied by six occupants and a seventh subject fled prior to our arrival. All six subjects were detained and were turned over to San Francisco Police for their investigation.

Sometime between Friday, 09/01/2023 at 1500 hours and Friday, 09/08/2023 at 1330 hours, unknown suspect(s) took a 2019 Mercury 5 HP Four Stroke Outboard motor from the rear of his boat that was on Dock 7 Slip 04. Additional, a gasoline can and pump was taken. The total estimated loss was approximately $1500. There is no suspect(s) information at this time.

Sometime between 09/04/2023 to 09/08/2023 and the hours of 1000 and 2020 hours, an unknown suspect(s) damaged the rear left passenger window of the victim’s vehicle. The unknown suspect(s) shattered the rear right window of the vehicle with an unknown item. The cost of the shattered window is approximately $500 to replace. No items were taken from inside the vehicle.

Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a vehicle but the vehicle fled from officer leading them on a pursuit into San Francisco. During the pursuit, the vehicle was involved in a collision causing property damage. Officers were able to locate the vehicle and arrested 2 of the suspect.

Aging and Adult Services personnel found a loaded revolver while they were conducting a search of the residence for a client that was going to be placed on conservatorship. The revolver/ammunition were photographed, the revolver was rendered safe, and the revolver/ammunition was collected for safekeeping.
