An unknown subject vandalized a stall in the men's restroom at the Community Park. The damage that the graffiti caused is estimated to be approximately $25 to repair. No suspect leads at this time.

Officers contacted a subject who was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. The subject was warned. The pipe was confiscated and booked for destruction.

Officers contacted a subject in Daly City and the subject was later arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

A tenant removed a section of a wooden fence and stairs at a home. The landlord wanted this documented as the tenant was not given permission to remove the fence or stairs. Informational only.

Officers located and recovered an un-reported stolen vehicle that was left down an embankment of the Brisbane Lagoon. The vehicle was towed and removed from SVS.

Unknown subject(s) broke the rear driver side window of the victim’s work truck using an unknown object. The unknown subject(s) took tools without his permission. The total property loss was approximately $6,400. The truck was locked, and the tools were located in the rear seat of the vehicle inside toolboxes.

A subject came to the BPD and completed his monthly Sex Registry.

On 11/28/2023 between the hours of 0110 and 0130, two unknown subjects broke the lower glass window with an unknown item of 2 separate businesses to gain access into the businesses. The two unknown subjects took $15,000 in cash, jewelry, and two designer bags from underneath the counter from one of the businesses. The two unknown subjects also took approximately $368 in cash from the cash register inside the second business. Officers attempted to contact the property manager to get surveillance footage of the shopping center. Both suspects are still at large.

At an unknown date or time, an unknown subject(s) broke the windows with an unknown item of two ADT security company vehicles to open the doors of the vehicles to go inside. At this time it is unknown what the subject(s) took or the estimate cost of the damage to the windows of the vehicles. At this time, there are no suspect leads or information.

Officers received a report of a missing juvenile which turned out to be the juvenile that was hit by the Caltrain earlier during the day.

Hit and Run collision occurred causing property damage. No injuries were reported.

Vehicle was towed for expired registration.

11/21/2023 between 1800 hours and 2100 hours, unknown suspect(s) gained access into the victim's vehicles and damaged a windshield estimated to be $300 and stole items worth approximately $140. Case is suspended until further investigative leads.

Between 1700 hours on 11/20/2023 and 0645 hours on 11/21/2023, an unknown subject(s) cut the padlocks on the victim's work truck and took tools without their permission. The total items stolen were worth approximately $6,000. The truck was locked, and the utility compartments were padlocked. This case is suspended pending further suspect information.

Officers contacted a subject who was subsequently arrested for driving with a suspended license.

A driver caused a hit and run collision that caused property damage to a business' gate. The driver fled the scene after the collision but was later located.

Officers assisted SSFPD with a stolen vehicle.

Officers arrested a subject who defrauded a business causing several thousand dollars in loss over the span of several visits to the business.

Officers contacted a subject who was subsequently arrested for being in possession of a controlled substance.

Sometime between 0630 hours and 1727 hours on 11/13/2023, unknown subject(s) stole the victim's vehicle. Nobody had permission to access his vehicle and had possession of all the keys to the vehicle. An area check for the vehicle was conducted but yielded negative results. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information.

Officers responded for the report of somebody unlawfully entering a house. Officers arrived on scene and determined the subject was the son of the owner of the house. The mother wanted the son removed from the house. Officers placed the son on a mental evaluation hold and he was transported to the hospital.

On 11/11/2023 at approximately 0700 hours, at least two unknown male subjects drove to 100 North Hill Drive Suite #6, and took items that belonged to CBF Electric and Data business without permission. The two subjects arrived in a white Mercedes-Benz utility van and a dark blue Mercedes-Benz utility van. The total items stolen were worth approximately $10,650. This case is suspended pending further suspect information.

Sometime between 11/10/2023 approximately 1500 hours and 11/13/2023 0630 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered PG&E’s work lot. The PG&E lot was secured by a chain link fence and locked with a yellow-colored lock. The unknown subject(s) used an unknown tool to cut the lock that was securing the gate closed and cut several locks on numerous PG&E trucks to steal several tools. All PG&E trucks were locked and secured at the time of the incident. At this time there are no suspect leads or information. There is also no information on the tools or estimated value stolen as they are creating a list at the moment.

Vehicle was towed for being a hazard.

The reporting party stated that his wife’s boyfriend broke into his house and stole his property. Upon arrival at the residence, officers determined that no crime had occurred.

Sometime between 11/2/2023 and 11/9/2023, an unknown suspect(s) created a fake ad and was able to obtain the victims’ money by false pretense after they responded to an ad for a rental property. There is no suspect(s) information at this time.

Officers contacted a subject who was subsequently arrested for being in possession of a concealed dirk/ Dagger.

During a DUI investigation, a Brisbane Police Department patrol vehicle was struck by an intoxicated driver who was subsequently arrested for DUI.

Between 11/01/2023 at approximately 1730 hours and 11/06/2023 at approximately 1700 hours, an unknown suspect stole the rear California license plate from the victim's Moped. Video surveillance was located but the camera did not capture the suspect. I recommend this case be suspended pending further investigative leads.

A minor came to report harassment from an ex-friend's older sister. The harassment included following her home from the bus stop, honking at her while she drove by, and calling her names. She only wanted an informational case.

Officers contacted a subject who fled from officers. He was later arrested for 496D(a) PC, 2800.1(a) VC, 466 PC, and a felony warrant and booked into the San Mateo County Jail.

Officers responded for the report of a disturbance and determined the incident to be a domestic related incident that was a verbal argument only. A CORE referral was completed.

Officers attempted to make a traffic stop but the driver failed to yield and led officers on a pursuit. The pursuit was terminated on SB 101 at Dumbarton Bridge due to construction on the highway.
