Officers attempted to stop a subject who was on a motorcycle but the subject fled from officers. The subject stopped from officers in San Franciso. The subject then fled on foot but was subsequently taken into custody and was placed under arrest and booked into county jail for 2800.1(A) VC- Evading, 496D(A) PC- Possession of stolen property, 11377(A) HS- Possession of a controlled substance, 148(A)(1) PC- Obstruct, resist, delay officer, 10851(A) VC- Possession of stolen vehicle.

Sometime between 01/24/2024 1800 hours and 01/26/2024 1700 hours, an unknown subject(s) stole the victim's 2007 white Ford E-350 from the front of his business. All keys were accounted for, and nobody had permission to use the vehicle. At this time, there are no suspect(s) leads or information. The vehicle was entered into Stolen Vehicle Systems (SVS).

Officers responded for the report of a possible fraudulent transaction involving her cryto currency investments and the victim's bank advised her to contact BPD. No loss was incurred.

K9 Officer was requested to assist San Mateo PD with a search for a firearm at a vacant building and homeless encampment. K9 located an empty shotgun case but no firearm.

Officers attempted to pull over 3 vehicles that committed multiple violations on SB 101 which then led officers on a pursuit and failed to yield to officers. The 3 vehicles were then observed committing multiple violation on city streets in South San Francisco. The 3 vehicles then got back onto NB 101 where the vehicle pursuit was eventually terminated. All 3 vehicles had license plates that were unreported stolen plates.

Officers located a stolen vehicle, via Flock, and conducted a felony stop on the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle complied and exited the vehicle upon commands. San Francisco PD arrived and took over the case.

Sometime between Monday 01/15/2024 and Tuesday 01/16/2024 at approximately 0301 hours, unknown suspect(s) damaged the passenger side storage compartment locks of a work truck but were not able to gain entry due to a secondary lock. The estimated cost to repair the locks is unknown. There is no suspect description or vehicle description.

A resident was the victim of theft of fence boards from a suspect who is retrained from the victim. Forwarded to the DA's office.

Officers located a stolen vehicle which fled from officers during a pursuit. The pursuit was later terminated.

Officers contacted a female who advised she had just gotten into an argument with her boyfriend and that he had kicked her out of the vehicle. She advised the argument was verbal only and never got physical. CORA referral was submitted.

Officer located clothing and shoes along the fire trail behind the 200 block of Trinity Road. The property was collected for safekeeping.

Officers located a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Schwerin and Sunnydale in San Francisco. A traffic enforcement stop was attempted, however the vehicle successfully evaded officers. There is very limited suspect information at this time.

Officers located a baggie containing 2 separate baggies of methamphetamine in the middle of the road. Officer collected the property which was booked for destruction.

A resident reported that he was receiving annoying and harassing text messages even when he told the suspect to stop. The resident was advised and given information on how to obtain a restraining order.

Officers located a stolen vehicle and attempted a vehicle stop on the vehicle. The vehicle failed to yield and led officers on a short pursuit along Marina Blvd and NB Hwy 101. The pursuit was terminated due to unsafe driving and heavy traffic.

Officers contacted a male and female during a report of a verbal argument. Officer determined the argument was verbal only and never physical. The female agreed to leave the residence but would come back for her belongings and the child. CORA referral was submitted.

Vehicle collision occurred involving 2 vehicles. One of the drivers was transported to the hospital for minor injuries.

Officers responded to a CPS referral regarding a 12 year old. The child has a medical condition but is getting therapy. An investigation was concluded and no child abuse is occurring.

At an unknown time, unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim's vehicle and stole miscellaneous items. The victim did not give anybody permission to break into the vehicle. No suspect leads at this time and the investigation is pending further investigative leads.

Sometime between 12/22/2023 approximately 1200 hours and 01/07/2024 1200 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered a lot and property that was secured by a chain linked fence and locked. There was a slit in the fence that may have been there prior to theft. The unknown subject(s) stole several pounds of brass and batteries. At this time there are no suspect leads or information.

Officers responded for the report of a vehicle collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian where the pedestrian suffered a head injury. The pedestrian was found to be at fault due to failure to follow safety policy at his workplace by boarding a trailer when it was not completely stopped.

The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for violating 11364(A) HS, 10851(A) CVC, 666.5(A) CPC, and 496D(A) CPC.

Officers were patrolling San Francisco when a vehicle pursuit occurred on Lathrop Avenue at Tunnel Avenue in San Francisco. A vehicle with no license plates failed to stop for emergency lights and siren, while making evasive driving movements committing multiple traffic violations. The vehicle drove in the opposite direction of travel on Bayshore Boulevard and the pursuit was terminated. The vehicle was previously involved in a vehicle pursuit with Brisbane Police Department.
