A resident came to the BPD and completed his monthly 290 registration. He was provided with his Temporary 290 Registration ID Card.

Officers responded for the report of a disturbance between neighbors. The suspect keyed the victim's truck, causing damage to the truck.

Sometime between 02/17/2024 and 02/24/2024 at an unknown time, an unknown subject(s) entered a fenced work lot. The lot was secured by a chain linked fence that is approximately 12 feet high and locked with a keyed padlock at both sliding doors. The Unknown subject(s) used an unknown tool to slit the fence on the north/east side to get into the lot. It is unknown at the time if the unknown subject(s) took anything. The unknown subject(s) left a box full of miscellaneous tools inside the lot. At this time there are no suspect leads or information.

A vehicle was towed per CVC 22651(k).

On 02/24/2024 at approximately 0203 hours, an unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle. The victim did not give anyone permission to take, use, or operate the van and had all keys accounted for. The vehicle was later involved in a property damage hit and run (CVC 20002) collision. The vehicle was last captured on FLOCK in South San Francisco at approximately 0205 hours.

Officers responded for the report of a hit and run collision involving a vehicle that was in motion and a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported, just property damage.

Officers located a stolen vehicle while patrolling San Francisco, CA. Officers removed the vehicle from SVS and towed it from the scene.

Officers contacted a subject who was subsequently arrested for a warrant.

Sometime between 2/19/2024 at 1700 hours and 2/20/2024 at 0645 hours, unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim's work truck and stole approximately $3900 worth of tools from the vehicle's lock boxes in the bed of the truck. The victim did not give anybody permission to take the tools. No suspect information at this time.

Unknown suspect(s) stole the victim's vehicle without the victim's consent. The victim had all the keys and did not give anybody permission to access the vehicle. The vehicle was tracked, via Onstar, to an address in San Francisco at a tow yard. SFPD was advised to do the recovery. The vehicle was entered into SVS and SFPD was in the process of removing it from SVS. Unknown suspect(s) at this time.

Officers responded for the report of an elderly male in full arrest. Brisbane Fire Department personnel responded as well. BFD and AMR performed life saving measures but were unsuccessful. The Coroner was called and responded but the body was released to the family for a funeral home to take possession.

Brisbane PD officers assisted South San Francisco PD with setting up spike strips in South San Francisco. South San Francisco PD successfully deployed Star Chase Tracking System on the suspect Vehicle and advised Brisbane Officers. Brisbane Officers pursued the vehicle into San Francisco even though South San Francisco advised to let the vehicle go. Brisbane set up a command post at the suspect's vehicle's location and advised where a perimeter needed to be set up. 1 subject was located and once the scene was secured, control was turned over to SSFPD.

Officers contacted a subject who was subsequently arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle and paraphernalia. The subject was later booked into county jail.

Officers responded for the report of a hit and run collision involving a vehicle and a fire hydrant. No injuries were reported. Property Damage only.

Officers contacted a driver who was subsequently arrested and city for driving on a suspended license.

Officers responded for the report of a female having mental health issues. Officers determined the female to be a danger to herself due to hearing voices, fear of leaving her residence, not eating, and not sleeping. Officers placed her on a mental health hold and she was transported to a medical facility.

Officers responded for the report of a theft of mail from a mailbox. Undetermined amount of mail was stolen. No suspect information at this time.

Officers located and recovered a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was then removed from SVS and was released to the owner.

A White 2013 Hyundai Veloster bearing California License Plates, a reported stolen vehicle out of San Jose, fled from law enforcement officers. A traffic enforcement stop was attempted on 10th Street at Harrison Street in San Francisco. The vehicle went through two red lights, a violation of CVC 21453(a), at which point the traffic enforcement stop was terminated due to the risk of the public safety.

Officers were notified of an Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) alert for a stolen vehicle in the area of Beatty and Tunnel in the city of Brisbane. Officers located the stolen vehicle and conducted a high risk stop of the vehicle and its occupants in the area of Lathrop Avenue and Tunnel Avenue. Upon completion of the high risk stop it was determined that the vehicle had been previously recovered by the owner but had not been removed from The Stolen Vehicle System (SVS) by SFPD. All involved parties were subsequently released from the scene without further incident.

Officers responded for the report of a domestic violence incident that occurred approximately 30 days ago, involving a male and female who are in a dating relationship. The female reported she and her boyfriend got into a verbal altercation and that the boyfriend ran over her foot with his car but she did not believe it was on purpose and did not mean to drive over her foot. CORA referral was submitted. Officers then spoke to the male and he advised he did not mean to drive over her foot. The male explained he was in a verbal argument over being unemployed and living in his car.

Officers responded for the report of a hit and run collision between a bicyclist and a vehicle. After the collision, the vehicle fled the area. The bicyclist sustained minor injuries but refused medical treatment.

Officers responded for the report of a citizen that had his identity stolen and used to create an ATT account under his name and that ATT sent him a bill in the amount of $176.03.

Officers located a suspect from a Daly City PD rape case who was in Brisbane. Officers detained the suspect and released him to Daly City PD.

Officers attempted to stop the drive of a motorcycle but the driver evaded officers by driving with willful and wanton disregard for the safety of persons and property.

Officers contacted a driver of a vehicle that was possible stolen. During the investigation, officers determined that the vehicle was not stolen but the front and rear license plates were from a stolen vehicle. Officers confiscated the plates and entered them into SVS. The driver was released.

Officers contacted a subject during a welfare check. During the investigation, the subject was determined to be gravely disabled/self neglect, so she was placed under a 72-hour evaluation hold. Aton was transported to Mills-Peninsula Hospital for a mental health evaluation. A report with Adult Protective Services completed.

Sometime between 01/10/2024 and 02/09/2024 at an unknown time, an unknown subject(s) entered a work lot that is located just north/east of 2800 Bayshore Boulevard in Brisbane CA. The lot was secured by a chain linked fence and locked but there was a slit in the fence that was already there prior to the burglary. The Unknown subject(s) used a lug wrench to pry open a hasp that was attached to a conex box. While the subject(s) were inside the conex box they left the lug wrench that was used to pry open the hasp. The unknown subject(s) took the lock and hasp that was attached to the conex box. At this time there are no suspect leads or information.

Officers contacted a driver who was subsequently cited for driving on a suspended license.

Officers were notified of a hit and run collision that occurred involving a parked vehicle that was hit by another vehicle that was being operated. No injuries were reported but the driver of the other vehicle fled the scene after the collision.

Officers contacted an illegally parked vehicle and subsequently arrested an individual for possession of a controlled substance.

Officers contacted a subject who was subsequently arrested following a consent search of his person. The subject was found to be in possession of approximately 13 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a glass pipe. The subject was cited and released.

Officers reponded for the report of disturbance at a business between an employee and the owner. The owner spat in the face of the employee and the employee wanted the incident documented. The employee did not wish to press charges. Info only.

A Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR), was sent to the Brisbane Police Department from Child Protective Services (CPS). The report indicated that a 9 year old and 5 year old (Confidential Persons), were in close proximity of a physical fight between the mother and grandmother in Los Angeles while visiting relatives. The accusations were unfounded after speaking with both Confidential Person’s and the parents.
