The lot was secured by a chain linked fence that is approximately 12 feet high and locked with a keyed padlock at both sliding doors. The Unknown subject(s) used an unknown tool to slit the fence on the north/east side to get into the lot. It is unknown at the time if the unknown subject(s) took anything. The unknown subject(s) left a box full of miscellaneous tools inside the lot. At this time there are no suspect leads or information.

On 02/24/2024 at approximately 0203 hours, an unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle. The victim did not give anyone permission to take, use, or operate the van and had all keys accounted for. The vehicle was later involved in a property damage hit and run (CVC 20002) collision. The vehicle was last captured on FLOCK in South San Francisco at approximately 0205 hours.

Unknown suspect(s) stole the victim's vehicle without the victim's consent. The victim had all the keys and did not give anybody permission to access the vehicle. The vehicle was tracked, via Onstar, to an address in San Francisco at a tow yard. SFPD was advised to do the recovery. The vehicle was entered into SVS and SFPD was in the process of removing it from SVS. Unknown suspect(s) at this time.

Coroner's Case
Officers responded for the report of an elderly male in full arrest. Brisbane Fire Department personnel responded as well. BFD and AMR performed life saving measures but were unsuccessful. The Coroner was called and responded but the body was released to the family for a funeral home to take possession.

Brisbane PD officers assisted South San Francisco PD with setting up spike strips in South San Francisco. South San Francisco PD successfully deployed Star Chase Tracking System on the suspect Vehicle and advised Brisbane Officers. Brisbane Officers pursued the vehicle into San Francisco even though South San Francisco advised to let the vehicle go. Brisbane set up a command post at the suspect's vehicle's location and advised where a perimeter needed to be set up. 1 subject was located and once the scene was secured, control was turned over to SSFPD.

A White 2013 Hyundai Veloster bearing California License Plates, a reported stolen vehicle out of San Jose, fled from law enforcement officers. A traffic enforcement stop was attempted on 10th Street at Harrison Street in San Francisco. The vehicle went through two red lights, a violation of CVC 21453(a), at which point the traffic enforcement stop was terminated due to the risk of the public safety.

Stolen Vehicle/ Recovery
Officers were notified of an Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) alert for a stolen vehicle in the area of Beatty and Tunnel in the city of Brisbane. Officers located the stolen vehicle and conducted a high risk stop of the vehicle and its occupants in the area of Lathrop Avenue and Tunnel Avenue. Upon completion of the high risk stop it was determined that the vehicle had been previously recovered by the owner but had not been removed from The Stolen Vehicle System (SVS) by SFPD. All involved parties were subsequently released from the scene without further incident.

Officers responded for the report of a domestic violence incident that occurred approximately 30 days ago, involving a male and female who are in a dating relationship. The female reported she and her boyfriend got into a verbal altercation and that the boyfriend ran over her foot with his car but she did not believe it was on purpose and did not mean to drive over her foot. CORA referral was submitted. Officers then spoke to the male and he advised he did not mean to drive over her foot. The male explained he was in a verbal argument over being unemployed and living in his car.

Sometime between 01/10/2024 and 02/09/2024 at an unknown time, an unknown subject(s) entered a work lot that is located just north/east of 2800 Bayshore Boulevard in Brisbane CA. The lot was secured by a chain linked fence and locked but there was a slit in the fence that was already there prior to the burglary. The Unknown subject(s) used a lug wrench to pry open a hasp that was attached to a conex box. While the subject(s) were inside the conex box they left the lug wrench that was used to pry open the hasp. The unknown subject(s) took the lock and hasp that was attached to the conex box. At this time there are no suspect leads or information.

A Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR), was sent to the Brisbane Police Department from Child Protective Services (CPS). The report indicated that a 9 year old and 5 year old (Confidential Persons), were in close proximity of a physical fight between the mother and grandmother in Los Angeles while visiting relatives. The accusations were unfounded after speaking with both Confidential Person’s and the parents.
